This programme delivers sustained care to promote improved health, emotional balance, and vitality, with personalised attention to ensure lasting benefits and continued progress over six months.

The wellness programme is rooted in the holistic approach of self-selection (zoopharmacognosy), the principles of Animal PsyschAromatica, Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs, Traditional Chinese 5 element philosophy and character assessment.

It is a deeply personal journey that you and your animal undertake, that nourishes the body, mind and spirit. Creating a stronger connection and bond that is built on trust, love and understanding.

Monthly Meridian Balance Assessment – A picture of the energetic imbalances within the body. Regular assessments help to tailor the botanical kits to your animal’s needs, which will gently support them back into harmony
Lifestyle & Dietary Assessment – Sometimes a small lifestyle or dietary change can have a big impact on wellness. We are what we eat and that is true for our animals. Food is a key ingredient in our wellness journey and species appropriate food, helps support your animal from within, ensuring vitality and longevity.
Botanical Kit- Your animal’s personalised zoopharmacognosy kit. It may include hydrosols, essential oils, herb and herbal oils. For your animal to self-select from to empower your animal to self-heal and restore balance.
Bespoke TCM herbs for wellness – a unique herbal blend bespoke to your animal’s root cause imbalance, to support your animal’s wellness journey from the inside. Addressing the root imbalance.
Targeted Acupressure Guidance – Using the power of gentle touch to restore balance. You will receive personalised guidance on key points for your animal (if required by your animal) to support your animal’s meridians. Promoting relaxation, natural healing and all over wellbeing. NOTE – As I work with each animal as an individual, not all animals will require acupressure. Some animals only require 1 session while others require none.
Monthly 1-2-1 coaching –You really are not alone on this journey. I am here for you every step of the way. I will guide in the safe offering of the aromatics and acupressure (if applicable), what responses to look for and how to support your animal’s self-selection journey. So, you can confidently support your animal’s wellness journey empowering you as a guardian and creating a stronger connection for you with your animal.
Guides, reports, record sheet and access to on-line wellness journal – easy to use, to track progress and deepening your understanding of your animal, and being part of their wellness journey.

NOTE – I strive to keep my services clear and cost effective. I have included the botanical kits and individual herbs in my single consultation (botanical kits) and the botanical kits and TCM herbal blends in the wellness programmes.

Additional costs – any additional topical blends or extra botanicals will incur a charge to cover costs typically range from £10-£30.

Due to the nature of my work, significant amount of time is taken to complete the assessment for your animal’s consultation. Due to this no assessment will be completed until payment is received. Once payment is received your consultation and assessment will be done accordingly. You will be contacted to arrange a date and time for the consultation.

Botanical self-selection does not replace veterinary treatment.

There is no substitute for veterinary care and the animal welfare laws in the UK ensure that only qualified and registered veterinary surgeons can administer treatments to animals. The service I offer is a complementary therapy and is intended to support and supplement the health care available from your vet. Your animal maybe taking medication that will be affected by some oils. Therefore, it is important you consult your vet before continuing with any self-selection.
