By booking a service, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised carer of the animal concerned and that you are over 18 years of age.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices for services are listed on this website and may be updated from time to time. Payments must be made using the methods specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. Refunds will only be offered at my discretion and in accordance with consumer law.
